I can't Confirm my Prepaid Card

Hello paypal Community,

 

2 weeks ago i  transferred money from my paypal to my new prepaid card that i added to paypal ( i did not confirm the card when i added it ) but the transaction worked anyway,

now the problem is when i try to confirm the card and i clic the "Get a Code" button this error appears "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

 

my question is what's the solution for this problem and if it get fixed do i receive the money i already transferred .

PS : the card in question have enough money for the confirmation charges.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues confirming a card on PayPal. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history yet? If that's not the issue, I would recommend making sure everything is active and registered on the Prepaid card's end. If everything is registered and active on their end, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support to see what options may be available. They can be reached by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
