Hi. I accidentally removed may card linked to my account while confirming my card and waiting for the code. And I try to add/link again my card to my paypal account but this error appear "your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method". Please help me. Thank you
Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
