FNB account linking stuck on Balance Of Payment reporting details

Trying to link my FNB account to my PayPal and got stuck on "Please ensure you have entered your Balance Of Payment reporting details telephone number correctly."

On the Balance Of Payment section, next to "Telephone" don't enter any code, leave it blank. Simply enter your number in the column next to it. Don't know why this works but it did for me.
