I keep trying to add my credit card or bank account to PayPal account but it keeps saying the same things that I’m not able to add my credit card to PayPal account like it say ‘this card has been declined’ or ‘We’renot able to complete this transaction at the moment’ I don’t understand why it keeps saying that and plus i accidentally remove my credit card and I need to put it back to buy something. Why is that keeps happening. Can someone explain it please?

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
