Card verification problem

Can't confirm my card. I added my debit card (of Georgian bank) and click on verification which takes me to page to get the code but once I click on that button to get the code, page says: "We're sorry, we are not able to process the request right now, please try again later" but this message appears for several days and I don't understand what's the issue. Can somebody please help? I need this to be solved ASAP

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. 

 

I do understand your concern with this. Based on what you have explained, it sounds like your bank may be declining our attempts to confirm your card. Some cards need to be enabled before they can be used online. 

 

I would suggest you contact your card issuer directly and sort out any issues with them. Once you have done this, please try confirming your card again.

This happens to me too. I talked to my bank and according to them, Paypal is saying that there are duplicate records of my card even though I currently only have one and my old one got deactivated. I currently have 4 pay in 4 plans active and I am unable to remove my old card and add my new one. And I can't add my new one until I take off my old one since it conflicts with each other.
