Hello guys, I had my card in my wife's account, now I want to put it in my account, I have removed it from my wife's account but I get a message that it is used in another paypal account, can it be her fault?

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
