Card Verification - Security Code

I have been asked to confirm my card by typing in the security code but when I do this the page doesn't respond. Pressing enter and reloading the app does nothing. What can else I do? I can't find any information.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community! I'm very sorry to hear that you're running into difficulty when confirming your card in the app. Can you try doing this via the website? If you run into difficulty there as well, please contact Customer Service for further troubleshooting. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
