Banks and Cards Unable to verify

Hello, my debit card was already linked to my PayPal but I didn’t receive any 4 digits code to verify my card. Please help

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.

Think its because they are in Lesotho and should be adding a credit and not debit card?

You need to add a credit visa in your country, read this link as you are in one of the affected countries.
