I'm having difficulty in linking my US bank account and I contacted contact centre but couldn't get a reply.

Is it a bank opened in the U.S?

Only you can't add a virtual / digital bank like Wise or Payoneer.

It's a virtual US bank account. WELLS FARGO BANK
