Help, i keep getting a message error and cant link my bank account to my paypal account (It unlinked itself somehow): We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now

@kernowlass Hello, yes my balance is negative that's why I am trying to add a bank account to transfer money to my paypal.

ok, if you have had a failed bank transfer or negative balance then paypal often breaks the link with your bank so that it can't happen again and forces you to use a card which is safer (for them) going forward.

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function.

2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free.

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

4. Buy something and Paypal will normally add the debt to that payment during checkout when you authorise the purchase.
