I can not connect to my bank (IBAN) error occurs. Any solution?

Welcome back to the Community! 

I'm sorry you're having trouble adding your bank. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, trying a different web browser, or another device. If the error continues to occur, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.

I hope you can add the bank soon!
