American Express Card linked to another account but never shared card details to anyone.

Help me pleaseScreenshot 2021-11-29 225245.png! I was connecting my American Express card to my paypal account but it said that "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." I never shared my card to anyone to anyone and i only have 1 paypal account. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks!
