I received email and text alerts from the company that issued a credit card saved in my PayPal wallet. They were warning me of a "no card present" transaction purportedly by "PayPal" for $0. I found forum posts referring to PayPal's $0 prenote transactions for checking accounts. But does PayPal also do this for credit cards?
