i am opening cases in paypal right now, and i can see the title : reslove the problems in resolution center. it shows nothing now in my screen except my completed payment, so i have to go to help and contact, click on resolution center to be able to view my case. any one has this problem as i am doing right now??? usually it would appear on my sumary page and now its gone... that is weird
