I am using paypal for the first time and I have linked my bank card and verified and fulfilled all the requirements. One of the sites is supposed to withdraw my balance from it. I repeated the withdrawal times and every time the balance came back again and the support team confirmed to me that the problem is with the PayPal account that does not receive money, so what should I do?
