You haven't said which country you are in or which funding source you were trying to withdraw the funds to.

Also is this your first withdrawal or withdrawn funds before?

this is on fiverr and its first time withdrawing. everything would've been easier if this damn PayPal had normal customer service that i can directly ask them to solve the issue

im in egypt. still cant reach customer support.

In Egypt you have to link a visa credit card to receive paypal payments and for the auto withdrawal of funds.
