Can't receive my money from fivver account

Hi, I have connected my PayPal account with my fivver account put I can't withdraw the money from fivver, I've tried so many times but there is nothing happens. Everytime I try to send my money from fivver to my PayPal account it says successfully withdraw but the process didn't go well, and my money get back to fivver account.

To receive funds in your country you have to link a credit visa to allow for that to happen and for the auto withdrawal of funds in your country.
