I am happy to help you with your inquiry about the time frame for the money to reach your PayPal balance from your card. The option to add money to your PayPal balance from your bank/card is not available in your country. If you've initiated this Top up through your card site, please contact your card issuer to get the funds back.
You don’t need to have money in your PayPal account to make payments. If you've linked bank account/card to your PayPal accounts, the money will be debited directly from your bank account/card when you make a purchase or send money.
