Hi, i had a payment come to me and ive been charged a fee off the top of it, why would this happen on a personal account?
I had another payment sent to me a few days before and no charges applied.
why has this payment been different?

You pay a fee if you are receiving payments for goods or services regardless of account type.
The only time you don't pay a fee is if the payment was sent using the friends/family option and not the goods/services option.
However you can only use that options for gifts of money from family/friends, if you try to use it for payments for goods or services then you may face an account limitation and it would render your seller protection ineligable.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
