it forces me to use credit card everywhere

I want to buy something using PayPal but it keeps forcing me to add credit card information, I have enough money on my balance and the account is verified. It does not matter if I buy something normal or a subscription.

Are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending and are they in the correct currency that the person you are sending to accepts?

If yes to both then have you made your balance your preferred funding source?

@BNNU, welcome! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues making purchases. I understand you have a balance on your PayPal account, but do you have any active financials on your PayPal account as well? Even if you have a balance on your account, it's common for PayPal to request for a credit or debit card be on file as well for security reasons - especially when making purchases for subscriptions or billing agreements. 

If you don't have a card on file, I'd recommend adding one. You should still have the ability to choose your PayPal balance during checkout.

I have no other financials, this was my first try to buy something if that's what you meant.
I can't add a credit card as I don't have one right now, I want to know if there's anything I can do to buy something.
