how do I access payouts from game apps?

Ive recieved 9.24 ERO from a game app but I have no Idea how to access it any help please???

It's a scam.....all these games are... None of them pay out.. you only have to look at the adverts in the game to see that they show 100s of dollars being won per turn on games. It's not like that in actual gameplay.

I also reached the amount that was said first and couldn’t cash out. So I will continue playing. It also says the amount of days you need to play and the levels you reach. I have reached to level 32 and then I go back to level 1 and I don’t know why this happens.
