Not able to sign into mobile app or use mobile browser to access account, is there a known issue?

I have two iphones and they use separate apple ID's.

Both of them are unable to sign into paypal .com using safari or chrome.

When it gets to the part where it asks for sms 2fa code, it just shows a white screen and will not send the code.
The mobile app displays the same issue.

Even when asking "request desktop site" it still doesnt let me sign in past the 2fa portion.

When I log in from a computer in a web browser, it works just fine with no issues.

As i've already ruled out the mobile app and the web pages on a mobile device, i believe there is an issue with accessing paypal from a mobile device.

Are any android users having this issue?

My issue is similar.  Except that I can use it through Safari on my iPhone without 2fa turned on, but, if I try to access the site with Firefox on my Mac, I just get a blank screen.  What initially happens with the app is that the keyboard appears with the blinking cursor, but no text input is allowed.  Happens 2-3 times, then subsequent tries get just the cursor.  Only way to log in on the app is to tap "Change" under my username, then enter email and password.
