I recently added my debit card to my PayPal account and confirmed it using the code I received. I used it to send money from that bank account to another person. However, when I try to make a payment or send money to another person now, it tells me that I need to add a payment method, even though I have my confirmed card.

Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
