I can't withdraw money on my Course Hero account. It says "Your PayPal account encountered issues. Please contact PayPal support to correct any issues and confirm that your account is able to receive payments." When I contacted Paypal support it said that they my account is verified and can be to receive payments. I have completed my KYC also and I used to receive payments previously. But now i am facing this issue someone please help.

To receive Paypal payments in your country read the below link.

Make sure they are sending the funds in a currency you can accept and that you have added to your paypal wallet.

I have completed my KYC previously and also i used to receive payments previously also But from start of January 2024 i am facing this issues.

I encountered the same issue. Could you still try to withdraw on Course hero too after they have notified you with this? HELP! Paypal is unresponsive too huhue.

Sorry to hear that you've run into some issues with receiving payments to your PayPal account. You have to confirm your email address and identity to receive payments to your PayPal account. If you've already verified your information and no pending actions left in the resolution center/notifications tab, you wouldn't be having any issues to receive payments to your PayPal account. If the issue is only with Course hero payments, I suggest you to contact the Course hero team to look into this further.
