Problem accepting payments from GettyImages

For about 4-6 months I have had a problem receiving payments from GettyImages to my Paypal account. Checking my Paypal account I found that the last payment that came into my Paypal account from GettyImages was on June 21st. Since then I should have received payment from GettyImages in my Paypal account in August (sometime between August 22-26) and probably in September around the 22-25. August. No payment has been received in my Paypal account yet. This fact surprises me, as I have received payments from GettyImages for several years without any problems. I contacted Gettyimages about this issue and received the following response:
Our Accounts Payable team tried to reissue your payment, but it was cancelled. Contact Paypal directly to make sure your account can accept payments from Getty Images. When you fix your account, please let us know so we can process your payment again.
Q: What changes do I need to make to my Paypal settings to accept payments from GettyImages? Alternatively, if anyone accepts payments from GettyImages, let me know their settings

Thank for Answer

Hello @andond

Thanks for joining the PayPal Community to ask your question!

I'm sorry to hear that your most recent payments from GettyImages were not received. Have you made any changes to your account since you last received payments? For example, have you changed your email or phone number? If so, you may need to update your email or phone number with GettyImages also. To receive payments, the email or phone number you provide them needs to be confirmed on your PayPal account.

If you haven't made any changes, I next recommend reviewing your Customer Identification Portal and Resolution Center for limitations. If you find that your account has been limited, that's likely preventing you from receiving payments. You can learn how to lift a limitation on our Help Center here. I also recommend checking out this article to learn more about what documents you might need to provide.

I hope this information helps you find out what happened. If it doesn't, please don't hesitate to get in touch with PayPal's Customer Support through the website by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any page.
