I've tried setting my account on iTunes desktop, iPhone, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. I can use my card if I directly put it in my Apple ID and can use Paypal everywhere else but whenever I try to use Paypal with Apple ID it gives the error message ""There is an issue with your payment method. Update your payment information to correct the problem and try again." I've quadruple checked that all the info I have on my Paypal account is accurate and if it needed to be updated I don't think that it would be working in other places.
