When I try to buy from Aliexpress I get an email from paypal showing the wrong shipping address.

Hello.  I am trying to make a purchase from Aliexpress and both times I have had to cancel the order after I paid with paypal.  After I place the order I receive an email from paypal saying that they made payment but it shows my shipping address with the wrong city.  The street is correct but the city is wrong.  Its the next city over.  Both Paypal and Aliexpress have my correct shipping address on file.

Any idea why this is happening?
