Unable to transfer funds to debit card

I have connected a card with my PayPal account. But it doesn't identify when I'm trying to transfer money. I linked the card again while trying to withdraw but it still doesn't identify as an option for withdrawal. What can I do?

I think you have to link and confirm a bank account in the UAE and not a debit card.

If you have added and confirmed a card and its not showing then that may be the reason.
