I received approx 600 USD into my GBP PayPal account. If I try to withdraw to my UK bank account, PayPal will charge me their exorbitant exchange fee. Equally, if I wish to send to a USD PayPal account, they STILL want to rob me of my money because this seemingly simple USD to USD transfer only seems to allow GBP to be sent (and so the funds have to came from a "phantom" GBP balance!) Is there any way to prevent PayPal from stealing from me as I try to withdraw/transfer? Thx
