Transfer to your bank not working?

I have a balance I'd like to transfer to my bank, something I've done many times before without issue. This morning I click on Transfer Money, then Transfer to your Bank where it loads for a second but doesn't proceed to the next page and just stays on the "Transfer money" page where you have to choose an option between the Money Out and Money In options. Tried on different browsers and on a laptop as well as mobile, all having the same issue. There is no outright error message, it just seems broken/stuck...

I am also having this issue and there seems to be no way to report this issue to Paypal since they only let you dispute transactions. HELP!

I had the same problem, it started last week. I could only transfer to a debit card, both linked bank accounts weren't even shown as options even though they're both still listed and verified on the PayPal website (one since 2006!).
I called PayPal customer service on Saturda[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] and was told it is a system issue, that engineers are working on a fix and it should be resolved within 72 hours. Today was the 48-hour mark, and the accounts still aren't available as transfer options.
I'd advise you to give them a call as well to let them know you're experiencing the same thing.

I've been trying to transfer money for a week. Like you, the most basic function in paypal. I continue to get an error message. I have no limitations or holds and no explanation. It's nearly impossible to reach them or hear back unless you're filing a claim.

That doesn't help because as I explicitly stated in my original post there is no outright error message so what is a page of error messages going to do for me or anyone else? I already spoke with a PayPal agent through the chat and they seemed to be aware there is an issue as they admitted someone else they spoke to had a problem (plus there are many people posting about it here in the forums) but the only thing they could offer was to tell me to use the app instead of the website, which is just putting a Band-Aid on the problem and not actually fixing the technical problem on their end. Not being able to use the PayPal website for a very basic function is insane.

To follow up on my previous issue (and like you, @gocartromance , nothing on the website addressed my situation) I called PayPal customer service to follow up 72 hours after I'd called the first time. The rep I spoke with was able to provide me with a desktop workaround, but the original issue is still there.
My previous comment wouldn't allow me to share the phone number for PayPal Customer Service, but a quick Google search should locate it for you. It starts with 888, and it ends in **61.

Yes, I got an error you didn't but it's the same issue: a basic function won't work. It's been over a week for me. I heard from chat to wait 72 hours.
That likely won't work. I've had this account for almost 20 years and done this many times. I'm going to wait but then request a check be mailed and not use paypal any longer. It is completely absurd that one can't transfer money without investing hours and then have it mailed. This is not 2004 and there are many alternatives.
