To follow up on my previous issue (and like you, @gocartromance , nothing on the website addressed my situation) I called PayPal customer service to follow up 72 hours after I'd called the first time. The rep I spoke with was able to provide me with a desktop workaround, but the original issue is still there. My previous comment wouldn't allow me to share the phone number for PayPal Customer Service, but a quick Google search should locate it for you. It starts with 888, and it ends in **61.
