Transfer button not working.

I'm trying to transfer my funds to my bank, but any time I click the "Transfer to your bank." button it just buffers for a moment and then nothing happens. It's not that I'm getting an error message or it's limited me, it just doesn't do anything when I click the button. I've cleared cookies, I've logged in and out, the whole nine yards.

If you are using the web then try the app and vice versa.
Then maybe try another browser or device?
Advice is voluntary.

I'm having the exact same issue, so far you're the only other person I can find mention anything which is weird because I would think more people would be upset they can't move their money into their account.

This response isn't helpful because there IS no error message that can be referred to, it is very clearly a technical issue on PayPal's end and it has been happening all weekend. When you click on Transfer to Your Bank, nothing happens. There is a circular loading symbol in the middle of the page for a moment, then it just reloads back to the same page you are already on without moving forward. You never get to the next page to specify how much to transfer/how quick you want the transfer. It does not say ANYTHING. The fact that this is happening to multiple people across multiple devices and browsers means PayPal needs to fix this so we can please access our money!!

I am having exactly the same issue. Started two nights ago. Thought they had restricted my account or something, then realized it cannot even find my bank account even though it is linked and confirmed.
Getting super tired of these paypal issues.

Exactly the same problem here. As of 9-21-24 I can't transfer any of my PayPal balance to my bank account. Nothing happens.

Tonight I was able to sort of resolve this and thought I'd give an update because it may help you at least temporarily. I just finished speaking to a PayPal human agent (not the chatbot) in their messenger chat. They told me to try it on the app and see if it works (I only use the website) because, and I quote, "I had a person with the same issue, when he tried using the app it worked." So they know there's a technical issue somewhere but just figured ehhh let's not try to fix it? So I got the app and was able to transfer my USD balance to my bank account. (I also have a GBP balance but there were issues with that until the agent told me I had to manually convert it, which... it's always been automatic every single time before this but ok, doing it the long way worked). I told them that this isn't feasible long term, though, I don't want to have to rely on the app since I prefer to do my financial stuff on the computer/through the website and they told me it "should just be a one-off issue." I'm hoping that's correct but all I can do right now is wait and see. I will also point out the agent confirmed there are no issues with my account and I imagine it's the same for anyone else with this specific can't-transfer-but-received-no-error issue.
Also, want to point out that there are some people in the PayPal Reddit having the same issue and for one, the regular PayPal app didn't work but the business PayPal app did. The regular one worked fine for me but wanted to throw that out there in case anyone has an issue with one and to try the other before giving up.

Thank you! I have been dealing with this too, since Sep 21! And like you said: no way to message a real person. I don't have the app yet, I just use my browser on my tablet and I guess will try to install the app.

I'm also having this problem and it seems nearly impossible to contact Paypal about it. I can't even find their support chat!
