How to remove limitation when paypal support not working ?

How do i remove limitation from my account ? They left no ways to resolve the matter. 
I got limitation on my account by a mistake. I am new to Paypal. So when i got a payment (Just normal Transfer) from my company, paypal holded my balance for 21 days. I reported paypal to release the payment discussing with company, paypal directly forced limitation on my account and they didn't provide any option to solve this matter. Whatever i am trying to contact with paypal nothing is working. They blocked my email, can't contact with live. They even didn't provide me any option to resolve the matter and remove limitation, didn't even ask for to provide any documents. How can i solve this ?

The 21 day hold is for all new sellers as per links.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

they have done the same thing to me. i have called and message with no update on my money. I dont sell stuff on paypal. i use it to pay for tournaments and automatic subscriptions.

Well , Thats funny. A newcomer can make mistakes. In this case, they didn't provide any option to verify the matter. They could contact the sender of payment to confirm about the matter.
Without proper investigation  how can they do it ?
