The last 4 withdrawals from my PayPal account did not go to my bank account.

Hi, I'm new on the forum, although I've been using PayPal for 13 years. I've never had a problem with PayPal, but my last 4 withdrawals from my PayPal account didn't go to my bank account. Although I received confirmation from PayPal that the payment went through. The oldest withdraw was on October 11, i.e. 14 days ago. I called to the bank and they assured me that the problem must be on the side of PayPal or the payment gateway. I tried to solve it on PayPal through the "resolution center", but there they wrote to me without any explanation that it was not an unauthorized transaction and that the case is closed... I have no idea what to do. The money disappeared from my PayPal account but didn't reach my to bank account...

Yes I know and I informed a paypal customer service about it along with providing a link to this forum, so hopefully somebody will check it out soon.

Did you guys try to ask a paypal customer service to trace the payment? If it's more than 14 days then they should definitely do something about it. Or call mBank - I was told yesterday that they can try to trace the payment from their side. I just contacted a paypal again today and asked for a proof of transaction (SEPA id etc) so hopefully they will provide some kind of info.

Hi to all desperate souls. Another day, another call to the support, yep, useless call. They are waiting for the bank to confirm that they REALLY did not receive anything, grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

I told them about the threads in this forum and all of you, I told them again what happened and where to find the money... still the same blah blah blah. I am beyond furious now.

I have exactly the same experience. The support line is absolutely useless. When my bank has a service outage for a few hours, they notify me in advance and try not to limit me at all. Here PayPal is sitting on my money for a month and doesn't care... I have already redirected all my financial channels through competing services

Sadly I have seen information somewhere on this forum that PayPal has officially 30 days = one billing cycle as time give to resolve such situations such as refunds from sellers etc. I suppose it´s working days and so far none of us from CZ has reached the point when it would pass this period.

It´s all still huge mystery to me and I can´t wrap my head about about how is all of this possible to leave it this long. Support to me was very unhelpful either

@PayPal_JonK this is ridiculous! More and more people are having the same problem and nothing is happening from a paypal side! They don't give a **bleep**  This is unacceptable! All we hear is WAIT MORE WAIT MORE and even after I asked for a proof of transaction that a withdrawal was made I didn't receive anything and I m asked just to wait! People need those pending money (!!!) so start making appropriate steps to fix this ASAP otherwise legal steps will follow!

The same case with me. Last withdrawal to CZ KB on 1.10. was processed, others are not on my account anymore (from 14.10. and from November, before I noticed something is very wrong). Around 500 EUR hanging in the "nowhere". The "support" is completely useless, talking to empty heads. They just repeat empty words - waste of time.
