I got money returned back to Paypal and sent everything to another bank after testing with 1$, sent also 40cents to newly re-added bank with prefix, just to test it too. to me it seems they don't have a clue yet it's the prefix, that causes all the mess, and that it affects also 1 Norway bank and Romania. Seems support messaging is not even connected with any tech team, as many of us gave em direct information, where money are and why that happened in first place. Poor those who will have to fix and find all those unpaired payments once there's gonna be hundreds of lost transfers. yes its wrong, you are not alone, do not expect help even from message center, nor here, they just copy paste answers. I am on day 50 since withdrawal transfer to bank. As I saw more ppl from Norway, Romania, Czech and all other countries banks that have prefix number in bank account like this 00000-00000000/0000, all those people all around the EU are waiting since August/September to get money.... till now. You will not see your money any soon, sorry. But at least you know what is happening, because Paypal doesn't want you to know, they have humongous problem with hundreds of lost payments for months.. ... View more

@kernowlass  I'm on official forum and sharing my issue here as support leaded nowhere so far, so Paypal starts to address it, and to find users with same problem to share news with, and gather more information, than support chat gives to individuals. What I expect from you.. well, depends what is your role, if you work for Paypal, then I'd expect you to report or urge the issues that occur to more users, or/and give us official statement from Paypal regarding the issue. Otherwise not really expected anything from anyone, though maybe expected brief reading of the post, before just replying contact support info, to not look like reddit AI. @JanStindl exactly, I quickly verified another service in October, once was clear the September withdrawal is lost and support was no help. If issue was taken seriously by support and solved within a month I'd easily forgive.. sht happens, could've been 1 poor programmer, who caused it. But this lengthy situation and whole support approach speaks for itself. OP with 4 withdrawals lost lolz wth, I knew I cannot risk another transfer. How they will lure users back, even zero fees for victims will not help, u can't buy trust. Withdrawals would now always be full of doubts, like lending money to a friend... you never know if u have the money in your wallet after 3 days, or after 3 months, or year. @kernowlass  ai bot? I contacted Paypal rightaway 5th day and many times since, even sent them bank statement with all credit transactions within timespan. At first, nobody cared until 14 work days, refusing to start a trace. October 4th trace finally started, now it's a month since trace and I have no results. This is last reply, already week ago, from last one of about 7 supporters I was dealing with: "Rest assured that within 5 to 7 up to 14 business days the money will show up on your bank account, the delay is coming from your bank side we are still waiting for their update on the system to be done, I can assure you that from your side everything is clear and works fine. Kindly check your transaction details and you will see that transaction is already completed." so basically...seems buying a new time, and according the comment above a bonus tale about bank. Anyway, what that last sentence is implying? The transaction is completed since September.
