yes its wrong, you are not alone, do not expect help even from message center, nor here, they just copy paste answers. I am on day 50 since withdrawal transfer to bank. As I saw more ppl from Norway, Romania, Czech and all other countries banks that have prefix number in bank account like this 00000-00000000/0000, all those people all around the EU are waiting since August/September to get money.... till now. You will not see your money any soon, sorry. But at least you know what is happening, because Paypal doesn't want you to know, they have humongous problem with hundreds of lost payments for months.. ... View more
