Hi, I'm new on the forum, although I've been using PayPal for 13 years. I've never had a problem with PayPal, but my last 4 withdrawals from my PayPal account didn't go to my bank account. Although I received confirmation from PayPal that the payment went through. The oldest withdraw was on October 11, i.e. 14 days ago. I called to the bank and they assured me that the problem must be on the side of PayPal or the payment gateway. I tried to solve it on PayPal through the "resolution center", but there they wrote to me without any explanation that it was not an unauthorized transaction and that the case is closed... I have no idea what to do. The money disappeared from my PayPal account but didn't reach my to bank account...

Yesterday I called to support and everything is the same... my case is in the relevant department and I am waiting for the funds to be tracked... They are aware of the seriousness of the situation and say they will urge the whole incident, but for now I am still waiting... We all here actually provided to PayPal such an interest-free loan of our funds 🙂

hi, did you get your money ? it seems like they have withdrawal issues in Europe ( especially in my country - Czech republic)
I got my money lost since 19th October and since then I am intensively calling/ contacting Paypal and my money is nowhere.

Seems that PAYPAL has serious problem with withdrawal to Europe banks. WARNING FOR OTHERS !!! PAYPAL withdrawals to bank is kind of risk nowadays. Its big chance, that your money not reach bank accout (i.e. Your account, may be, money reach account of someone else...)
There are a lot of people across this forum from last 2-3 months with the same symptoms. Try to search. Because PPal still havent gave us ANY relevant informations, we should consider some further steps from our side.

I completely agree. I have spoken to agents many times I even provided the account that KB bank rejected the money to. It is [Removed. Phone #s not permitted]and this account is registered to PayPal PTE Ltd. There is likely 1000 of euros sitting in that account and Paypal is trying to figure out what to do but saying nothing I can only imagine the number of transactions just in Czech Republic where I am that have their money missing. I have had only one Irish Customer service agent admit that this happened over the period of October 19.2023. I am missing over 11.300Kc

the issue is here already since start of September, not October, last answer I got week ago was lies the problem is about my bank, and that they wait for my bank system being updated... and "Rest assured that within 5 to 7 up to 14 business days the money will show up on your bank account"

hey everyone, I spent quite a long while browsing this forum, reddit and other forums to see if there is any solution to this problem so at least I can hold some hope.
so my observation says that Paypal seems to ocassionally deal with this issue from time to time ( from what I see from reported posts from like 2015/16/19/ early 23) But what I found super weird there was no solution written or some people received funds after 2/3 months which is truly horrible from such reputable service as PayPal is. One of people who got money bank advised to contact a bank / paypal on daily basis to get access to someone who is willing to escalate your claim.
You know everyone understand that technical issues might occur ( that´s what customer kept repeating to me over phone) but there is a clear border between temporary service blackout and what is happening right now. KB finally admitted over mail to me I am not the only one and I should contact PayPal again and again. I can´t find words how disappointed I am.

Contacting customer support doesn't affect the performance of tech team in any way. Don't you think Paypal should put out an official statement to informs their clients this is happening, which would ease the amounts of complaints they receive? Apparently it has been more than a month and nothing has been done so far.

pretty obvious it´s least comfortable way to receive any help but take it as an act of pure despair as some people including me receive their monthly income only through PayPal and bills has to be paid.
yeah that´s the fact I don´t understand at all at least statement / warning to czech citizens would do
I tried to update my case with customer service chat today as bank has told me to demand to know the details of transaction again and there is radio silence ( usually they reply within one hour).
