A payment I made in in online store failed but it charged money on my paypal and now says its waiting for an authorization on paypal from the store, and it charged my paypal balance since its not linked to any credit or debit card. I'm concerned that the store didn't acknowledge my payment (because it sad "failed transaction"), but still charged my paypal balance... what do I do
When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
