Is it possible to withdraw PayPal money in Mozambique?

Hello, does anyone know if it is possible to transfer money from PayPal to a debit card of a bank in Mozambique? I was able to use the card to send payments via PayPal but now I can't transfer funds to my card in Mozambique. Thank you.

In a lot of countries you can only withdraw to a bank account and not a card.

Click on withdraw below your balance and see which option shows up for you.

It seems that Mozambique doesn't have the withdraw option available yet even though the PayPal customer support told me the opposite. Is there any other way to access the funds I have on my PayPal?

I see you're looking to withdraw funds from your PayPal account. Mozambique PayPal accounts can withdraw their funds to a linked U.S bank account or Visa card. If you've linked and confirmed visa card in your account, you can with transfer the funds to the card. Eligible cards that support this function will be shown to you when you request a withdrawal from your PayPal account.
