I understand your concern about processing a payment via PayPal. Here's the Help Center Article to know how to send money. Sometimes, payments can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. PayPal may decline some payments to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. In this case, please try the payment again at a later time y clearing cache and cookies or try using different browser or device. If you're still unable to make the payment, please check the Resolution Center to see if there are any notifications about your account status or unresolved steps to complete.
