Sending money from PayPal account to bank account

I'm from Poland. I want to send money from PayPal to my bank account and I need IBAN and bank name. What should I write in the gap 'bank name'? Should I write swift code or just a name which is visible on my bank's site (ING Bank Śląski, mBank, Pekao SA. etc.)?
