Safeco no longer allowing scheduled payments

I've been scheduling my payments to Safeco for a number of months. When I tried to schedule my next monthly payment, I no longer have the ability to schedule in the future. Have they changed their policy for payments through PayPal?

I'm having the exact same problem.  You are the first person I've come across talking about this.  I thought maybe it was just a glitch.  It seems to have happened in the last few days.  I always schedule several bills for a 1st of the month payment in advance.  I have 1 scheduled for March 1st.  Don't remember exactly what day I did that but not that long ago (less than a week?).  Now all of a sudden, you can only make a payment for the current date.
