I need to add balance to my paypal account how

Ive been looking at tutorials for a while and they dont seem to work for me as i dont have the same options they have i need to send money from my german credit card to my paypal balance how could i do this

You can't add funds to a paypal balance via a credit card unfortunately.

Secondly the option to add funds is unfortunately not available in every country.
If you go to transfer below your balance and there is only the withdraw option then you won't be able to add funds.

As a buyer you never need funds in your Paypal balance.
Paypal will automatically take payment from any confirmed bank account or card (whichever is eligible in your country) during the payment process.
