Request money from India

Hello guys, I want to request 70000 INR from PayPal in USD. Will there be any charges for me. Plus should I directly convert with exchange rates and I get full amount in my account. Based on exchange rates it's 841.76 USD for 70k INR

Paypal does not support the INR so you would need to request in USD then there would be no currency conversion until the funds were converted on withdrawal to a bank account.

However is the person you are requesting funds from in India as well? If so then you can't do domestic transactions in your country only international ones.

Secondly you would pay a fee to receive payments into your paypal India account, fees are in the user agreement for your country.
