If I understand correctly, it sounds like you would like to request a refund on a payment you sent that hasn't reached the merchant yet. Is that correct? If so, you can reach out to the merchant and request a refund. However, they may not be able to issue it until they receive the payment. It sounds like they may not have received the payment yet due to an eCheck. If that's the case, they can issue the refund once the payment clears from your bank. Typically, this takes around five business days.
