Refund issues with bank card.

Hello

So I have refunded a steam game and I paid half with paypal balance and card. I decided to refund the game because I didn't like it, so the paypal balance got refunded straight away but paypal said that It will take a few days for the bank balance refund. Then after a few days it said the refund was complete so I decided to check my bank statement and there was no refund but the steam has still reserved the 3.11$ that I paid for the game and now its been siting like that for few days.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
