Sent money

Hi I sent money to a friend and I don’t understand why keep on hold the money which she need the money for emergency use I try few time with bank account to credit card until I sent her usa 10 it able to get it but when I try back send again it hold again so can you help me with this really urgent

Not sure if you have the friends/family option in your country but if not then all payments would be viewed as per payment for goods/services and so may be subject to the new seller hold as per link.

So tell the recipient to mark the transaction as processed then you may have the option on your account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If you confirm this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, funds may be released sooner ie 7 days after you verifiy receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
