Refund KITH shop

Hello! I have a problem with my refund from KITH, so in status bar there is information that refund was completed, however there has been 5 business days already and I didn’t receive money. Card issuer told me that PayPal must send documents with refund confirmation. I’ve sent message to PayPal, but they don’t respond

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

Completed just means paypal have completed sending your refund, not that it is in your bank or card account.
