Hi there/Hallo zusammen I payed for something bought from a Website located in the USA. I live in Switzerland and the money was exchanges to US Dollars. After some time my money was refunded, because the shop did not have the item anymore. The money was exchanged back to swiss Franks... I lost around 20 Franks on this. Is there anyway i could return the difference, as i personally am not responsible for this refund, i wanted the product but the shop declined the transaction?
