Sadly, don't think we can do anything about this. I too have had numerous emails from them about this with same wording (might be automated) and get nowhere. So sorry you had this experience. We just have to do our research with these advertisements on FB. Take care.

***this was my last response to them:

As I said you ripped me off and most likely many many others. Either that or the person you have to send the item, keeps it and sends a substitute of much lesser value. If I ever see you advertise products anywhere on social media, I will make sure people know that you are a rip off company and advise they don't waste their time or money on a purchase. Foreigner with no values you are. Can't believe PayPal lets you get away with this..........and my previous response:

WHY DON’T YOU JUST ADMIT YOU RIPPED ME OFF!! SHIPPING EXPENSES?! REALLY? THAT’S JUST A WAY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME. I AM NOT PAYING TO SEND BACK TO SHENZHEN, WHERE EVER THAT IS, FOR TWO TINY SO CALLED BUNCHES OF FERNS. YOU HAVE THE PHOTOS I SENT OF THEM BEING SINGLE STEM, SO YOU TELL ME IF THEY ARE WHAT YOU ADVERTISED!!
TAKE A HIKE. BYE BYE

They did offer for half payment refund, AFTER they get the item back, but I told them to buzz off, since it would cost me an arm and a leg to send it back to the place^^^ they gave me (which I never even heard of). It was a scam company, plain and simple.

If you know the exact way to get the refund from PayPal, please let me know.

I wish you luck my friend. I'm still shocked that PayPal is "participating" in this!!! The last agent I spoke to said there is no escalation for me, that she was the last line to discuss my claim. I asked her five times DID YOU SEE THE PICTURES???? which she did not answer. This is not an oops I sent a Size 3 instead of a Size 2 or it's pink, not red type of case! This is PURE SCAMMING AT IT'S BEST and I bet there are a bunch of people with hands out. Facebook has taken them down many times and they keep popping up with new front doors! I've informed PayPal that they know their processes and policies and "bank on them". I'd go as far as saying there is an old PayPal employee on this team of scammers. However, being compliant/looking away hopefully doesn't work anymore. Feel free to contact me if there is anything I can do to help stop this BS from occurring over and over.

It's so sad to see this story has been going on for years now! I wish there was a lawyer looking for an interesting battle!! There were 409 replies and comments to your story (which is an exact duplicate of what happened to me), stating the same issue. Over four years of info can be found right here in this community!!  Come'on PayPal!!! Is this not "data"? I

Well, after spending many, many hours it appears this SCAMMER Company is using PayPal as their way to thieve and win. They know PayPal policies and as long as they shipped you anything YOU have to pay $30 shipping back! Paypal DOES NOT PROTECT US from their schemes, even though they have been reported multiple times (and use different email and domain names) since 2020 as SCAMMERS. Paypal is way too complicit with this kind of fraudulent behavior with their black and white policies that this company knows just how to manipulate to aid them. I was just taken for $50 after this company added 25% and mailed me STEMS (even though I cancelled the order immediately) which I’m stuck with unless I want to pay that $30 to mail the garbage back. Lesson learned - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AN AD ON SOCIAL MEDIA NOR ANYTHING FROM CHINA using PAYPAL!! PAYPAL does not protect us! Anyone else been scammed by them?

100% agree. Mine was for about 50.00 bucks. Sent to another house on my street. I spoke with the local post office who verbally confirmed that the package was not with my name and address. She couldn't tell me the address due to privacy.

I'm fighting one now. Luckily it wasn't a whole lot of money.

Part of the scam is our postal service will provide the city and zip of where the product is located but not the actual physical address. They won't give you the actual address due to privacy. The scammers understands this. They'll send an empty box or fill it with a rock or something and send it to another house on the street with no recipient information. Wrong house gets the phony package, probably will get confused and throw it all. All the while tracking will show delivered to city, state and zip. We'll dispute and get a temp credit from PP. The scammer will send the tracking with this partial information and Paypal will accept this as proof. I'm fighting just to expose the scam. Paypals gives a sense of security but its more geared toward thr seller and not the recipient. I can only imagine if this was a much larger than transaction. I'm going to start using another source for payment.
